Jane Cary, Partner
The fine arts have always played a fundamental role in Jane’s life. As a partner in the firm, she brings an aesthetic sense to The Art Partnership, Inc. Whether it’s working directly with clients, artists, or architectural /interior design firms, she brings her expertise to each project by incorporating her extensive knowledge of art and interior design.

Before working at The Art Partnership, Jane worked for 25 years as an interior designer and project manager on various corporate, healthcare, and hospitality projects. She received her B. F. A. from Kutztown University and a B. S. in Interior Design from Spring Garden College.

In addition to her work, Jane is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and is an accomplished artist working in the mediums of pastels and oil painting.


Felisa Armento, Partner
With over 25 years of experience in the interior design field, Felisa brings an experienced eye to the art selection process as a partner of The Art Partnership, Inc. She received an M.S. in Interior Design from Drexel University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.

Felisa has traveled the world with time spent in London and Abu Dhabi, which has broadened her world view and pool of artist resources. Her solution oriented approach to projects encompasses all budget levels – from stock art to commissioned installations. Through her education, work experience, and travels, Felisa has used her expertise to successfully guide clients through projects from the early planning stages to completion.


Leslie Watkins, Founder and Partner
Committed to the arts and to the culture of our community, The Art Partnership was founded by Leslie Watkins in 2001 to bring a fresh perspective and a full spectrum of art to an array of corporate and healthcare clients. As Founder of The Art Partnership, Leslie has developed numerous art programs for corporate, hospitality and healthcare organizations. For over 15 years, she has assisted clients in identifying corporate image goals with consistently successful results.

Leslie has been extensively involved in the interior design and architectural community in Philadelphia for the past 25 years. She has been an active member of IIDA, AIA, IFMA, and CREW in the past as well as serving on boards for CREW, Collab and the Abington Art Center.


Donghee Rosser, Project Manager/Business Development
With a strong background in sales and a B.F.A in Painting from Moore College of Art and Design, Donghee brings a unique perspective to The Art Partnership. For over 20 years, Donghee has been collaborating with interior designers and architects on various projects in the healthcare, education, and corporate markets.

From her work experience, Donghee understands the challenges her clients face and uses her expertise to provide solutions with efficiency and a high level of service. Donghee’s artistic and project management capabilities come together in perfect collaboration to provide customized art programs from beginning to successful completion.


Jessica Rubin, Project Manager
Jessica Rubin received a B.S. in Interior Design from University of Delaware and has worked as an Interior Designer and Project Manager for over 30 years. She has integrated her love of the arts and travel with her passion for design, which shows through her work at The Art Partnership. Her focus has included both small and large corporate clients and institutions of higher education, as well as health care clients to help them enhance their spaces.

Outside of work Jessica is a board member of the Lower Merion Crew Association and continues her travels and support of the arts.


Michelle West, Project Manager
As the newest member of The Art Partnership team, Michelle West comes to the firm from St. Louis, Missouri where she worked as an art consultant for the past 3 years. She holds a B.S. degree in Interior Design from Missouri State University and has worked in the art and design industry to ensure client satisfaction in the corporate and residential areas of the field.

Moving to the East Coast has allowed Michelle to pursue her passion for travel and history. In her free time, Michelle can be found actively exploring her new home, playing with her dog, Buddy, and finding the next great show on Netflix.
